[NCUC-DISCUSS] Does ICANN really foster collaboration?

I am curious as to whether ICANN staff can dial you into the audio bridge
or not, so there is no financial outlay required on your part to
participate in phone calls. I don't know the answer here, but you do flag
an interesting situation. Being headquartered in the United States ICANN
and its suppliers have an obligation to comply with US trade embargoes, but
it sounds like this is inadvertently limiting participation.
