[NCUC-DISCUSS] Reminder: CROPP - Get funded for a conference and ncuc outreach

I think this would be a good idea, even something as small as a lunch or social get together on CD. Inreach as much as outreach: we have a number of Finns and Finnush organisations attending their first meeting and it might be nice to do something for them and their colleagues.
