you think this would be a project too small for them :) or what. 

btw, is it not that it depends on the experts/individuals who will do the review, and not the organisations?
for example the task is given to McKensey, Booz, pwc, deloitte, or Berkman, if the group of experts consulted is more or less the same, the result will be the same, not?
