Lee Hibbard and myself are happy to announce the publication of our paper

Education 3.0 and Internet Governance: A New Global Alliance for Children and Young People’s Sustainable Digital Development
  

It is  GCIG Paper No. 27 of the the Global Commission of Internet Governance Series: Global Commission on Internet Governance Paper Series. 


It is jointly published by CIGI and Chatham House.

It makes the case for Media and Information Literacy augmented by Internet Studies. It also proposes 10 recommendations, including issues of human rights, of rigth to data management and makes the general case that education is too important to remain subsidiary to national state policies.
