Hi Ayden,

Thank you for your suggestions. We will certainly add the specific details
through footnotes where such sources are linked.

On the second point, we grouped the recommendations on primarily two
factors. First, the time or order in which the recommendations were
finalised, and second the thematic combinations (for example 6 and 12 were
combined because of the importance of the human rights component in
Recommendation 12.). I also think that eventually the order of publishing
was affected by our work schedules and time availability. Hope the Index
post helps navigate the series better.
