the translation was done for brochures because several members to do so
(and we will have to update the brochures). for core website content would
need the same efforts and volunteering ;)

Chris Gift the ICANN focal point for community support tools shared info
about new ALAC website during NCUC meeting in Buenos Aires last year and
mentioned the possibility that we can benefit of that . Updating the
website was discussed informally , and some members volunteered to do
prototyping.
However, I would think we have to spend more time for now on adding more
relevant content and updating some areas before transiting to a new
version. anyway revamping the website is something to be done in mid-term.

appointment is for 1 year-term and that is made by NCUC Executive Committee.
