[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Info] Welcome to new NCUC members February 2015

Hi all

Welcome new members and especially Javier Pallero from Access Now
The Brazilian group Internet North-Northeast is in 2 events organized by
Access Now in less than a month
Next 3rd March Internet Freedom Festival in Valencia (I'm taking a bus in
Europe for the 1st time!)
And in Easter Rightscon.org (although for this last one we are stil
struggling for funding)

Would love to hear more of other NCUC participants in these events.
