Hi

I agree with the conference idea.
About it, as well as some of the other budget requests (mentorship
program), I'd just add that these initiatives be documented to
increase effectiveness.
To encourage participation in PDPs, commenting on documents, doing
this would help.
So for the conference, a publication that documented participation (a
book and/or certificate)
Same thing for engagement programs (certificate or declaration of participation)
Example in point: the huge flood of emails and social media after the
fellowship certificate emission.
