[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Important] Additional Budget Request/What do we need for next year?

I will be glad if we can find more ways to engage remotely before any
physical meetings. If possible twice every quarter will be appropriate
while salient topics discussions continues on the mailing list.
I think with this approach we should get the interest of more members to
discussing ncuc issues.
