[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Important] Results 2016 NCUC Elections

Congratulations to the new team members and everyone for such a smooth and
well organised election.

Perhaps, earlier debate  and confabulation on the election procedure helped
in establishing  a more reasoned and smooth approach for voting this time.
A request to all the new team to give us a sense of what the priorities
would be for each region.  This will help in linking issues at meso and
macro levels for better comprehension for members  of specific regions
