[NCUC-DISCUSS] [Important] Results 2016 NCUC Elections

My congratulations to everyone, and thanks to all candidates who 
submitted their names to run for office!  It is certainly a great sign 
of the maturity of our organization that so many great volunteers are 
ready to serve, and we had a real election with hard choices to make.   
Looking forward to great things this year!
