Congrats to the new EC members and Chair, and also congratulations to the entire Constituency for passing the new bylaws by an overwhelming margin. There is no doubt about exceeding the threshold required to modify the bylaws. This change is mostly administrative but long overdue.

I want to thank first everyone for participating the NCUC election and to candidates for running and volunteering to do so.
The voting ended in 4th December at 23:59UTC and you can find the results of voting below shared by the election officer.

In Summary, 208 votes were registered, 93 did not vote.

for the bylaws change with over 40% of eligible voters casting their ballot and over 2/3 voting for the approval, the new draft is adopted will be shared with ICANN staff to continue the process as explained here http://www.ncuc.org/governance/bylaws/bylaws-revision-2016/
