Full support for Bill.
It would be great if, by the end of your term, you could write a:
Nomcom: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly in terms of process and also an
explanation. Because for me the nomcom is mostly a blackbox,
Maybe also some pointers with best practices for next generations of
nomcom-ers
