[NCUC-DISCUSS] quick info about NCUC meetings in Hyderabad

Hi everyone,

During the NCSG candidates call, I shared with attendees that NCUC will
have language interpretation during NCUC session starting from next ICANN
meeting. the same would be available to NCSG too.
it is a small step but I hope that will help for more engagement.
