[NCUC-DISCUSS] Pilot Program

Hi all ,


As Milton and Rafik pointed out we have discussed this during our EC call,
and agreed that we need to look at the proposal , see what is there that
might help us and what is not, see what sort of alternatives we might have
and then come up with a plan and share it with NCUC members for their
comments and suggestions. At the moment, we have not critically looked at
these documents and there is no group working on it so our discussions will
not be conclusive.

I don't think having experience and not having experience in this space can
play against us. An experienced person might see a real horse and think it
is a Trojan horse. A non experienced person might look at a Trojan horse,
think it's a horse. Both are actually valuable and can contribute to taking
a good decision and they can balance each other out.

We will send the EC document on the proposal hopefully soon and I hope we
get as many comments as we got on this thread.
