Well that is the point at issue. How does this work _on our terms_? You don't solve that problem by saying "I will accept any support offered"

Final edits - trivial. Possibly helpful but that has never been where our shortfalls lie
Flag issues that need attention - procedural ones, possibly yes. Substantive ones - no, if we can't do that we should just disband
Monitor smaller meetings - yes. Big help if it's done right

So I will add these suggestions to the list NCUC EC is developing.
