[NCUC-DISCUSS] Acceptance of nomination for NCUC EC

You can still have a co-signator on a personal account, the problem is 
to get the two people together to go into the bank and sign together.  
We are a tad scattered....So Milton will have to invite someone down to 
give a talk and they can be co-signator.
