Milton can confirm but Im 90% sure that yup its a personal account in Miltons name that he essentially holds in trust for NCUC.

Hi,

You have a point there, so it means NCUC funds currently goes to an account name bearing "Milton Muller"? If that is the case then we should thank Milton for providing such service and trust him to continue to do so. I hope the word "trust" works in this scenario ;-)

That’s the whole problem though, NCUC does not exist as an organisation therefore we don’t have an organisational bank account so its impossible to do so.

I don't think this should require much convincing to be agreed upon. Having 2 account signatories is just a normal organisation standard.
