Good. I believe one reason Bill brought this up is indeed the
problem that our bylaws are outdated and even self-contradictory
in places.

Not directly, and in any case there're many ways around it, even if
they were so interpreted.

I have heard horror stories of US banking system before, but it
did not occur to me it could actually be so bad that you can't
share a bank account with someone in another state.

It might be worth considering incorporating NCUC in some easier
jurisdiction.

At the moment the easiest place I can think of would be
Estonia with their e-residency system. It really makes
it easy to create international NGOs with minimal red tape,
hand over bank accounts regardless of where treasurer's
nationality and physical location &c.

It would also be nice symbolic gesture of making NCSG
more independent of the USA than ICANN itself is.

Good. So, here's a question for you, as a voter:

What do you think of a non-US jurisdiction for incorporating NCSG,
and of Estonia in particular?
