Hi Rogerio
Thanks for your note. João has the Word file and is working on it, if you and Nuno and anyone else would like to help please just send him a note at the address below. More generally, if other members want to do the same for other languages, I’d suggest they similarly get in touch directly with colleagues who’ve expressed interest and crowdsource, more eyes are undoubtedly better to ensure precise conformity between the original and the translations.
In parallel, people interested in translation and related issues might want to consider is joining the Membership Affairs Team (MAT), which is is our community focal point for engagement on inreach and outreach issues. It doesn’t require much work or email, but it’s the right space for coordinating as needed/desired on such things. http://www.ncuc.org/participate/working-teams/ <http://www.ncuc.org/participate/working-teams/>
And speaking of the MAT, can I remind everyone to please fill out the members survey at http://goo.gl/XlwyQL <http://goo.gl/XlwyQL>? This is our first effort to really take stock of what our globally diverse members are interested and engaged in, what considerations might constrain larger-n participation in certain activities, and what we as a volunteer community might be able to do about it, etc. Please help us make this a useful exercise, it takes 10-15 minutes.
Thanks much
Bill

In this issue of the translation of the NCUC Brochure for the Portuguese, it would be great if it did. Let me know if we here can help in some way or how we can mature and promote this idea.

If others members intend to provide it in other languages, fabulous, please just make sure to translate the current version now at http://www.ncuc.org/brochure/ <http://www.ncuc.org/brochure/>
