[NCUC-DISCUSS] Fellows Announced for the BA Meeting

Is important to note that the NCUC participates in the fellowship program with three tutors, I presume, and this should be seen as two readings, increasing the number of members may receive travel support, and the interest in working with future ICANN actors.
