[NCUC-DISCUSS] What would "good" look like to you for ICANN in 2015?

After the significant involvement of ICANN in the NETmundial process and 
their drive to support NMI, it would be schizo if someone within ICANN 
would still talk about "we only do names, numbers and protocols, no 
relevant HR here" etc.
