Bill and All,

taking a long-term view on the history of the Internet and of ICANN, I would suggest adding "The User Perspective", to include
- rights (privacy; parliamentary oversight and judicial control of surveillance)
- reviewing the default settings available to the general Internet user: these should protect privacy and personal data (instead of, as is the case today, make everything commercially available unless otherwise specified)

human rights, transparency yes. What about accountability? When staff/board/CEO violate the basic premise of stakeholder rights?
