[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC ELECTION RESULTS

Interesting results esp for Asia/ Pacific - one vote separated the 1st and
2nd places.

On another note re the results / tally webpage - the word "Caribbean" was
dropped from the EC region "*Latin America and the Caribbean*". The
Caribbean is separate from Latin America and represents over 30 sovereign
countries and territories .

I am hoping that it was inadvertently omitted, and was not being used as an
abbreviation of the group.
