[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Regional Civil Society Outreach Session at ICANN 54 in Dublin

I would like to help on privacy, and will give my proxy to somebody to 
backfill for me if the council meeting is still going on when you need 
me to come to the outreach session.  In the meantime I am working on an 
update which I can print and bring along for folks.
