[NCUC-DISCUSS] Bylaws revision - call next week

NCUC-ers,

In the bylaws group, we've been discussing ways to go ahead with (both
modest and comprehensive) revisions to the NCUC "charter". Bylawyers have
been using this Doodle poll to figure out when to meet next week, and once
towards the end of September http://doodle.com/ncngb2w5tecmn3as.

This meeting, effectively a brainstorming session, is open to all - I would
like to request those interested in this exercise to respond to the poll
and hopefully attend our call. I will offer a brief summary of the
discussions we've been having in the last two weeks, and then with the help
of veterans of this exercise, we can take the discussion forward on 1) NCSG
charter compliance and 2) more comprehensive changes.
