Good statement.

And congratulations on getting this outcome from the IGF and on
establosing a link between HRC activities and the IGF.

As an APC affiliate and part time APC staff member, I am so impressed by
the team that pulled it off.  Add sto my faith, which does waver at
times, that the IGF can still be a critically useful forum.
