[NCUC-DISCUSS] ICANN privacy policy

As long as you are not counting on me to institute tech platforms without help (I am a complete doofus at that stuff), I am ok either way.  I can see the merit of having a wikispace or shared platform to work on documents….I am not a google docs fan but if that is the preferred method so be it.
