rereading your quite useful position paper, I saw one thing I wanted more
info on.
You imply somehow that NTIA is engaged with the sort of oversight that is
needed. Or at least that without NTIA there wouldn't be the accountability
and transparency we seek.   I hadn't been aware that NTIA had ever taken
any sort of stand vis a vis human and/or privacy rights.

Or am I missing something?
