Hi

I’m taking the liberty of forwarding here a message Avri sent to another civil society IG list announcing the availability of the ATRT 2 report, the draft of which we discussed at our Constituency Day meetings in Durban and Buenos Aires.  I certainly second her views about the importance of the MS review model and think the team has made a real contribution with this effort.  Worth reading in your abundant spare time….
