Thanks for this Tapani, good to have another hat in the ring for the EC to review, and if this is the best way to progress the data base management that’s something to consider.  Worth bearing in mind too that much of what the EC does is processing new applications etc, so you might want to idly poke around in http://mailman.ipjustice.org/pipermail/ec-ncsg/ <http://mailman.ipjustice.org/pipermail/ec-ncsg/> to get a feel for the workflow and dynamics.
