[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Delegate to the 2015 NomCom

Hi,

Further, i neglected to say, i think they thought it through in
admirable fashion and make sense.

I see their solution as being fair.  I suggest we do not oppose it,
neither as a constituency nor as SG, but rather comment individually if
we wish.
