[NCUC-DISCUSS] NCUC Delegate to the 2015 NomCom

I will, but I also think ICANN should study  a new approach. LACNIC, for
instance, does not need a NomCom -- all board members are elected by the
constituency of autonomous system holders. I am not sure how the other
RIRs do it.
