[NCUC-DISCUSS] Nomcom report card Durban meeting

Hello everybody,

please find attached the lastest report from nomcom regarding the
activities at Durban meeting, it was busy one for nomcom members in
particular the last 4 days .
it was a good experience , learned a lot and already thinking about what is
possible to do there for improving the process and make it more
transparent. the report itself is just small part and the effort should
continue for more and more.
your feedback and questions are welcome.
