NCUC will be holding three meetings.  People in Durban and elsewhere are very much encouraged to attend; agendas and remote participation info are below.

Sunday 14 July, 15:00-16:00:  NCUC Executive Committee meeting  [Room TBD]

=> This is a private session open to NCUC members only.  It will be devoted entirely to organizational management items, some of which we will go over again during the Constituency Day meeting in the hope of getting broader member input.

Tuesday 16 July, 09:00 - 12:30:  NCUC Constituency Day, rm. Hall 3C

=> This meeting will briefly cover some key organizational matters for the future, e.g. the Policy Committee and alternatives and relatedly, the pending updating of our Bylaw; and then will concentrate the rest of the time on substantive policy matters, with visits from APC's Anriette Esterhuysen to discuss African perspectives, the ATRT 2 team, and the vice chair of the GAC.  It would be really helpful if people could review the relevant materials and come with some questions to put to our visitors.

=> This will be a cross-community discussion of an issue on which the Board and GAC will be acting and which may people think has significant public interest implications.
