[NCSG-Discuss] NCUC Meeting tomorrow Tuesday 29 January---agenda and revised final remote participation details

There's been some kinks to work out but I can now confirm all the details for tomorrow's NCUC meeting.  

This is being held in the context of the two day Intersessional meeting of the Non-contracted Parties House (agenda and other details at https://community.icann.org/display/ncph/InterSessional+-+January+2013).
