[NCSG-Discuss] Upcoming multi-stakeholder Internet Governance events

This events is in line with our African strategy at NPOC.
It's an ultimate occasion to spread the world with NCSG/NCUC/NPOC evangelism.
We have to be there. It's my humble opinion.
