Yes, it would be great to have streaming. Even if a simpler solution, like
ustream, or any platform for audio stream. Alternatively, Adam's suggestion
of recording the audio and making it available would be fine as well. And,
yes, please make your presentations, papers and notes available. It is a
great team of speakers!
