yes, i completely support the inclusion of these _mandatory_ terms in the
customer agreement.   as you point out, without them there is little
real benefit to the individual or small organization for the  rights
enumeraged in Wendy Seltzer's original proposal for this thread.

Wendy (and everyone else), could you discuss whether these three additions
are ok to add to statement from NCUC?
