[NCUC-DISCUSS] China denies Nigeria delegate visa for ICANN public meeting

As I speak to you no official NIRA representative got visa, even our
president that is resident in Abuja was not given. Give me the name of the
Nigerian who is attending with you.

Of course if NIRA does not follow official processes, who will in this case?
