[NCUC-DISCUSS] China denies Nigeria delegate visa for ICANN public meeting

Not sure if this is entirely true becauseI came with an ICANN Nigerian
colleague today, who got his visa effortlessly from Abuja. Did your friends
follow the official processes and present the necessary documentation
correctly?
