[NCSG-Discuss] GAC meeting transparency

That's the old GAC, perhaps, but not the new GAC. The GAC meeting I 
watched in Toronto had an array of members from an array of countries 
and regions participating actively - and deeply engaged in discussions 
about the New gTLDs. I think the GAC is doing what it was set out to do....
