NCUC election: nomination for Chair

Hi all - today is the first day of nominations for the new NCUC Executive Committee. I'd like to nominate Bill Drake for Chair of the constituency - besides his extensive experience and writings on Internet governance and issues directly of concern to NCUC members, he has been one of our elected reps to the GNSO Council for the past 4 years. 

Seconding and support for Bill's candidacy would be great.
