Kudos to St éphane!

Congratulations to Stéphane Van Gelder for a difficult job well done! I
only met Stéphane in San José, so not so long ago. There, he was kind
enough to ask me about the experience of kick-starting a new Constituency
at ICANN (to be sure it was Debbie Hughes and Amber Sterling who did all
the leg work in getting NPOC created!). Stéphane, thanks for your support
and advice.
