Request to nominees in upcoming NCUC election

Hi All:

I must say that I agree with you Tracy. Moreover, there are issues
affecting the Islands of the Caribbean which are much different from those
affecting Latin America given the various language and cultural barriers
and the use of ICT for sustainable development in both regions. We cannot
afford for a focus on Latin America when there are also many Internet
related issues at stake in the Caribbean.

In this case we do not want the typical situation of a "cultural/regional"
divide which is typically reflected in Lacralo. Both regions should be
treated equally. That is my two cents.
