NCUC members only - Voters' list verification of addresses

I understand that.

But I am wondering whether there should be a requirement to maintain that name and to maintain it as a non-commercial name.  Originally this was just a stray thought that followed from the conversation and while it is not something I plan to campaign for it the more i think about it the more I think it is worth considering that during the yearly address confirmation process individual members should reconfirm their registration and that this should be listed transparently in the public record kept for the constituency.  Theoretically this could go for both NCUC and NCSG  since both have a similar individual membership requirement, but only the NCUC charter is currently under edit/review.
