Hi Konstantinos,
Can I also encourage us all to start thinking not just of qualities but also
of potential candidates and how to encourage them to apply in 2012?
Last year's Nomcom had fewer senior candidates from a noncommercial
background than a commercial one, and we can only select from what we
receive.
