I think this is a good proposal mainly because it broadens the executive
search by providing widely different perspectives and advice which will
originate from the entire ICANN community... this proposal is in line with
the multi-stakeholder nature of the organization.

Small edit: in the proposal, it was meant to write Chatham House Rule (CHR)

However, under this rule, each appointed individual will speak for
him/herself not necessarely on behalf of their constituency of
affiliation... and the list of participants cannot be published, which is
problematic ...the CHR may have to be slightly tweeked to our specific
circumstance...
