comments on URS and TMC

Thanks for taking the lead on this topic, KK.
 
Question for members (both NCUC and NCSG) - is anyone else planning to comment, whether individually or on behalf of the group(s)? It would be good to have a greater number of comments and coverage of as many aspects of the Guidebook as possible. For example, those members who have long been supporting the launch of new gTLDs might want to submit a comment indicating support for the Board's willingness to move forward and to accommodate as many concerns as possible while keeping to the schedule/timeline. In addition, those members who were alarmed at the GAC Scorecard might consider supporting (whether wholly or in part) the current formulation of the Early Warning system plus GAC advice.
 
Given the time frame, it may be too late to get NCUC/NCSG consensus on any of these, or other points, and on Konstantinos' draft. It would, however, be really useful to at least have individual comments submitted, and have other members chime in stating support, and identifying themselves as NCSG/NCUC, as applicable.
