NCUC Comments on UDRP

There seems to be a confusion here. In 2003, the then GNSO initiated a process to review the UDRP, which then stopped abruptly and without a real explanation. So, the UDRP has never actually been reviewed.

Thanks to all those you supported this set of comments and to Milton, Robin and Wendy for holding also the drafting pen.
